At Horlicks, we strive to ensure your nutritional journey is seamless, offering returns on unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or consumed.

Return Process

    Ensure your Horlicks product is unopened, in its original packaging, and within the 14-day return window from the date of receipt.

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely pack the items in their original box and ship them back to our distribution center using a trackable courier service.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund

    Once our quality team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
